QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of real property at the
southeast corner of Edinger Avenue and Fairview Street dedicated
to the City vehicular access rights at said location and the
present owner, STATER BROS. MARKETS, has now requested driveway
locations across said area and the City has detezmined to grant
the same; and
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of real property at the
southeast corner of Edinger Avenue and Fairview Street dedicated
to the City vehicular access rights at said location and the
present owner, TEXACO, INC., has now requested driveway locations
across said area and the City has determined to grant the same;
and
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of real property on the
north side of Seventeenth Street, east of Wright Street, dedicated
to the City vehicular access rights to Seventeenth Street and the
present owners have now requested driveway locations across said
area and the City has determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a deed quitclaiming to STATER BROS. MARKETS, a California corpora-
tion, vehicular access rights at the southeast corner of Edinger
Avenue and Fairvtew Street and deliver the same to said owner.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming to TEXACO, INC., a Delaware corporation, vehicular
access rights at the southeast corner of Fairview Street and
Edinger Avenue and deliver the same to said owner.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming to the LEGAL OWNERS AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS
MAY APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular access rights to Seventeenth Street
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of June, 1964.
