CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SANTA ANA PACKING CO.t a co-partnership, has
delivered to the City of Santa Ana a deed dated June 3, 1964,
conveying real property ~or C-5-P Drainage Channel right of
way south of Bolsa Avenue, east of Newhope Street, in consider-
ation of the payment of $4,778.00. Said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow Number 869562-HRB with Orange County
Title Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of
Santa Ana accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of
Acceptance on said deed.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, 1964.
