CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HALTER O. HILL and ORA G. HILL have delivered to
the City a deed dated June 2, 1964, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the south side of Seventeenth Street, east of
Harper Street; and
to the

WHEREAS, RAYMOND J. HULL and WINONA A. HULL have delivered
City a deed dated May 20, 1964, conveying an easement for
purposes on the north side of Seventeenth Street, fr~m New
Avenue to Old Tustln Avenue; and
WHEREAS, H. & J. MABURy COMPANY, a corporation, has delivered
to the City a deed dated January 20, 1964, conveying an easement
for drainage purposes west of Tustin Avenue and North of Fruit
Street; and
WHEREAS, CARL L. JACOBER and EDNA R. JACOBERhave delivered
to the City a deed dated June 3, 1964, conveying an easement for
alley purposes south of First Street, 100 feet west of Baker Street;
and
WHEREAS, THE MEXICAN CONFERENCE OF THE FREEMETHODIST CHURCH
OF NORTH AMERICA has delivered to the City a deed dated May 28,
1964, conveying an easement for street purposes on the south side
of Myrtle Street, between Spruce Street and Forest Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being ~aid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, 1964.
