DEED AND EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED
EXCHANGING VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS BETWEEN
THE CITY AND GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF ORANGE
COUNTY
WHEREAS, GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF ORANGE COUNTY, a corporation,
has presented to the City a deed dated June 15, 1964, conveying to
the City vehicular access rights to and from certain real property
on the south side of Fifth Street, west of Fairview Street, in
exchange for other vehicular access rights to and from said land;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming to GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF ORANGE COUNTY, a corporation,
vehicular access rights for driveway locations to that certain
property on the south side of Fifth Street and the west side of
Fairview Street and deliver the same to said owners.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, 1964.
