HomeMy WebLinkAbout64-100RESOLUTION 64-100 DELETING CONDITIONS NO. 1 AND NO. 6 IMPOSED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION IN GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. 1930 FILED BY VICTOR C. ALLEMAN WHEREAS, after public hearing On notice, the Planning Commission has granted a variance on Application No. 1930, filed by VICTOR C. ALL~4AN, to allow the construction of a service station with deviation from the yard requirements in the R-1 District at 1501 South Flower Street, Santa Aha, California, subject to certain conditions; and · F~EREAS, Appeal Application No. 128 was duly filed by the applicant requesting elimination of conditions No. 1, 6 and 12a imposed by the Planning C~,~,ission in their approval of said variance; and WHEREAS, the City Council, after hearing, has determined that the variance should be granted, but that conditions No. 1 and No. 6 should be eliminated and that condition No. 12a should continue as a condition to said variance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That condition No. 1 and condition No. 6 as set forth in the Finding of Facts on Variance Application No. 1930 are hereby deleted from the conditions imposed by the Planning Commission in the granting of said Variance. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its r~gular meeting held on the 6th day of July, 1964.
