RESOLUTION 64-106 DESIGNATING CONDITIONS
ELIMINATED IN GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLI-
CATION NO. 1944 FILED BY CLARENCE R. AND
LURA BABB
WHEREAS, heretofore on July 20, 1964, the City Council
adopted Resolution 64-106 purported to eliminate two conditions
imposed on the granting of a variance; and
WHEREAS, the numbers used in said Resolution to designate
the conditions eliminated were shown in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution 64-106 is
hereby corrected and amended to change the conditions designated
by number in the title and in the second, third and fourth paragraphs
thereof as "Conditions No. 4 and No. 6" to read "Conditions No. 2
and No. 4", and said Resolution is in all other respects confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1964.
