QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
at the southeast corner of Fairview Street and McFadden Avenue
dedicated to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights and the
present owners have now requested access for driveways at said
location which the City has determined to grant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming to EDDIE A. RUTH and GERALDINE I. RUTH vehicular access
rights at the southeast corner of Fairview Street and McFadden
Avenue and deliver the same;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming to HELEN ANN PIERCE vehicular access rights at the south-
east corner of Fairview Street and McFadden Avenue and deliver the
same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1964.
