ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING A VARIANCE ON
APPLICATION NO. 1942 FILED BY SANTA ANA
SHOPPING CENTER, INC. TO REMOVE CONDITION
NO. (2a) FROM VARIANCE NO. 1892
WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator
DENIED a variance on Variance Application No. 1942, filed by SANTA
ANA SHOPPING CENTER, INC. to remove Condition (2a) fro~a the approval
of Variance No. 1892 requiring that a 45-foot easement fro~a center
line to property line be provided on Bristol Street; and Appeal
Application No. 130 was duly filed by the applicant bringing the
matter to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice,
has determined that said Variance Application meets the requirements
of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, that the decision
of the Zoning Administrator should be overruled, and that said
Variance should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha does hereby overrule the decision of the
Zoning Administrator and does hereby grant a variance on Variance
Application No. 1942 to remove Condition No. (2a) from the
conditions of approval of Variance No. 1892.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of September, 1964.
