RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA,
PROPOSING TO EXECLUDE CERTAIN
TERRITORY FROM ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 220 AND APPROVING REVISED MAP.
OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 220.

WHEREAS, in proceedings under the Improvement
Act of 1911 this City Council heretofore adopted its
resolution of intention, Resolution No. 64-1~1, declaring
its intention to order certain sanitary sewer work and
to make the expense of said work chargeable upon a
district described in "Map of Assessment District No.220",
said map consisting of.three sheets, numbered 1 to 3, in-
clusive, and being on file with the Clerk of the Council
and this City Council fixed November 2, 1964 as the date
of hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has
recommended the exclusion of certain territory from the
proposed assessment district and has presented to this
City Council a revised map designated "Revised Map of
Assessment District No. 220~, consisting of three sheets,
numbered 1 to 3, inclusive,.showing the boundaries of the
proposed district after the exclusion of such territory;
and
NOW, THEREFORE,
of Santa Aha, California,
AND ORDER as follows:

DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
Section 1. This City Council hereby proposes
that, at the hearing on said resolution of intention, it
will order the exclusion of said territory from the pro-
posed assessment district and will fix the boundaries of
the assessment district, as described in said "Revised
Map of Assessment District No. 220'~.
Section 2. Said "Revised Map of Assessment
District No. 220" is hereby approved. The Clerk of the
Council is hereby directed to endorse her certificate on
the original and a copy of said map, and to file the original
of said map in the office of the Clerk of the Council and
to file said copy with the County Clerk of the County of
Orange.
Section 3. The Clerk of the Council is
further directed to publish this resolution once in
The Register, in the time and manner provided by law.
