CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MANUEL M. ORTIZ and MARY L. ORTIZ have delivered
to the City a deed dated September 28, 1964, granting an easement
for street purposes on the east side of Toland Street, north of
Kent Avenue; and
WHEREAS, DOLORES E. PAULAUSKIS has delivered to the City a
deed dated August 26, 1964, granting an easement for street
purposes at t'he southeast corner of Fourth and Wright Streets; and
WHEREAS, MARy YOUNG has delivered to the City a deed dated
September 18, 1964, conveying an easement for street purposes at
the northwest corner of Pacific Avenue and First Street; and
WHEREAS, WAYNE GROSS and FAIRY F. GROSS have delivered to
the City a deed dated August 11, 1964, granting an easement for
street purposes on the west side of Grand Avenue, south of Sixth
Street; and
WHEREAS, AGUSTIN R. GOMEZ and VALERIA B. GOMEZ have
delivered to the City a deed dated August 14, 1964, granting a
parcel of real property on the north side of Hazard Avenue,
approximately 600 feet west of Harbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, LUPE LOZANO and ROSALIE LOZANO have delivered to
the City a deed dated August 7, 1964, g=anting an easement for
street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, 135 feet east
of English Street; and
~S, JOE V. RIOS and GUADALUPE VASQUEZ DOCTOLERO have
delivered to the City a deed dated August 7, 1964, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street,
90 feet east of English Street; and
WHEREAS, GROVER THOMPSON and LILLIAN M. THOMPSON have
delivered to the City a deed dated September 23, 1964, granting
an easement for street purposes on the east side of Harbor
Boulevard, 700 feet north of Fifth Street; and
WHEREAS, CLARA EDITH VOSE has delivered to the City a deed
dated September 24, 1964, granting an easement for street purposes
on the east side of Bristol Street, north of Santiago Creek; and
WHEREAS, RANDALL PUBLISHING CO., INC., a California
corporation, has delivered to the City a deed dated September 16,
1964, granting easements for street purposes at the southeast
corner of Chestnut and Grand Avenues; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of October, 1964.
