THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING A VARIANCE
ON APPLICATION NO. 2005, FILED BY JAMES A. LUKENS
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana hereby affirms the decision of the Planning Co~mnission, and
Appeal No. 138 on Variance Application No. 2005, filed by JAMES
A. LUKENS, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November, 1964.
