GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY ALONGAD~MS STREET RIGHT OF WAY,
WEST OF PACIFIC AVENUE
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY has requested
an easement across City property along the southerly side of a
strip of land now delimited and planned as an east-west portion
of Adams Street for the purpose of installing electrical facilities
to a new school site, and the City agrees that such easement should
be granted to exist until said street is dedicated so as not to
delay the grantee or the school construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute a Grant of
Easement to SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY conveying a right
in a 10-foot wide strip of land lying within Lot 9 of the Williams
Tract, as per map recorded in Book 30, page 14 of Deeds, in the
office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, the same
being more particularly described in said Grant of Easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November, 1964.
