CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, D. P. LEONARD, also known as Doxander P. Leonard,
and EDNA M. LEONARD have delivered to the City a deed dated
February 26, 1964, granting an easement for street purposes on
the east side of Bristol Street, north of Memory Lane; and
WHEREAS, THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY, a
corporation, has delivered to the City a deed dated October 19,
1964, granting an easement for street purposes on the west side
of Bristol Street, north of Talbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, RUDOLPH ALDANA and MARY J. ALDANA have delivered
to the City a deed dated November 3, 1964, granting easements for
street purposes on the north side of Pomona Street, west of Spruce
Street; and
to the

WHEREAS, KIMBALL W. SMALL and MARTHA L. SMALL have delivered
City a deed dated October 26, 1964, granting an easement for
purposes at the northwest corner of Kilson Drive and Anahurst
and
WHEREAS, ORANGE ~vzPIRE AREA COUNCIL, BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA,
a corporation, has delivered to the City a deed dated October 30,
1964, granting an easement for street and public utility purposes
on the east side of Bear Street, south of Wakeham Street; and
WHEREAS, BEAR STATE BUILDERS, INC. has delivered to the City
a deed dated November 4, 1964, granting real property at the south-
east corner of Baker and Second Streets; and
WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body
corporate and politic, has delivered to the City an easement deed
dated October 20, 1964, granting an easement for street purposes
east of Flower Street at Talbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
