QUITCLAIM DEED TO HODGES BUILDING CORPORATION
WHEREAS, heretofore owners of certain property located on
the north side of McFadden Avenue, west of Grand Avenue, dedicated
to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue,
and the present owners have now requested access to said property
and the City has determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming to HODGES BUILDING CORPORATION vehicular access rights
to McFadden Avenue over the east 32 feet of the west 49 feet of
Lot 2 of Tract 4475, recorded in Book 171, pages 25 to 27, inclusive,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and
deliver the same to said grantee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of November, 1964.
