Home My WebLink About64-183RESOL%F~ I ON NO. 6~-18q RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE RESULT OF THE CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS OF THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL TION NR.I.D NO~ 3, 196~. WHEREAS, this City Council by Ordinance No. ?5? called a special bond election to be held in the City of Santa Ana on November 3, 1964, and said bond election was duly consolidated with the statewide general election held upon the same date; and WHEREAS, the city bond proposition voted upon at said special bond election was as follows, to wit: CITY OF SANTA ANA CIVIC CENTER LAND ACQUISI- TION BONDS: Shall the City of Santa Ana incur a bonded indebtedness in the principal sum of $2,400,000 for the acquisition by said city of a certain municipal improvement, to wit: real property for civic center site purposes and for streets in and about said site? and WHEREAS, a copy of the record as entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange showing the results of the canvass of the returns of said special bond election and the absentee votes cast thereat, has been duly received. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ssnta Aha, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERNINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1.
