AGREEMENT AND GRANT OF EASEMENT WITH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached under which the State
of California will grant to the City of Santa Ana an easement for
road purposes near First and McClay Streets and the instrument of
agreement and grant has been prepared by the State of California
and presented to bhe City for execution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute that certain instrument entitled
AGREEmeNT AND GRANT OF EASemENT, designated in the upper right-hand
corner of the first page thereof as PAS - 104 10-8-63, between the
City and ~ne State of California for and on behalf of the City of
Santa Ana that the same may be returned to the State of California
for execution by them and return to the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of December, 1964.
