CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING WITHDRAWAL OF
TERRITORY FROM THE TUSTIN LIGHTING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, heretofore the territory herein described was annexed
to the City of Santa Aha, California, by ReSolution 64-74 adopted
May 21, 1964, under authority of Government Code §35310.1, under the
name of "EAST FIRST STREET ANNEX NO. 4", and said property has for
six (6) months been within the limits of the City of Santa Aha and
still remains within the Tustin Lighting District and is now subject
to double taxation for the purpose of receiving street lighting
service and should be removed from said District; and
WHEREAS, on November 24, 1964, a map and description of said
territory was submitted to the Orange County Boundary Commission,
which Commission regularly reported thereon on December 7, 1964, and
the City of Santa Aha has considered the Commission's recommendations
and has modified the proposal to conform thereto in accordance with
Government Code §5S858.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That all of that territory
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described in the description attached hereto entitled "Withdrawal
From Tustin Lighting District - EAST FIRST STREET ANNEX NO. 4", and
by reference made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby withdraw~
from the Tustin Lighting District, and the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana hereby declares the withdrawal of said territory from
said District.

Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of Decen~ber, 1964.
