PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING A VARIANCE
ON APPLICATION NO. 1999, FILED BY CLARENCE L.
HALL, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
BE IT RESOLVED: That after recommendation of the Planning
Commission to approve a variance on Variance Application No. 1999,
filed by CLARENCE L. HALL to permit the construction of 40 four-
unit apartments with less than the required front and side yard
setbacks at 317 North Euclid Street, Santa Ana, California, on
property zoned A-1 and C-l, the City Council does hereby grant said
Variance, subject to the following conditions:
That the applicant submit a revised plot plan; said plan to be
approved by the Planning Department and development be
according to plot plan.
2. That the density be not in excess of 15 units per net residential
acre.
3. That all the conditions for Tract '5722 be complied with.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of January, 1965.
