CI~ IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM J. R. RICHARDSON, IVO RUTH RICHARDSON,
NEAL DOW MINTER, and ERNESTINE FAE HOOVER have delivered to the
City a deed dated November 9, 1964, conveying an eas~uent for
street purposes at the northeast corner of Bristol Street and
Memory Lane; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of January', 1965.
