QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the north side of McFadden Avenue, east of Diamond Street,
dedicated to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights to
McFadden Avenue, and the present owner has now requested access
for a driveway at said location which the City has determined
to grant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a quitclaim deed quitclaiming to A~A KELLER vehicular access rights
to McFadden Avenue, east of Diamond Street, and deliver the same to
said grantee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of January, 1965.
