IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MIALO L. STEPHENS and LUELLA M. STEPHENS have
delivered to the City a deed dated January 7, 1965, conveying an
easement ~or street purposes at the southeast corner o~ Euclid
and Hazard Avenue; and
WHEREAS, BERNARD W. FLAGG, LILLIAN R. JARVIS, C. ROLAND FLAGG,
and ELMA F. FLAGG have delivered to the City a deed dated January %,
1965, conveying an easement for alley purposes south of Edinger Avenue,
west of Pacific Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of.Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of January, 1965.
