DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
at the southwest corner of Pacific and Edinger Avenues dedicated
to the City vehicular access rights to Edinger Avenue, and the
present owner has now requested driveway locations across said
area which the City has determined to grant; and
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property at the
southwest corner of Pine Street and Standard Avenue dedicated to
the City vehicular access rights to Standard Avenue and the present
owner has now requested a driveway location across said area which
the City has determined to grant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming to C. ROWLAND FLAGG vehicular access rights to Edinger
Avenue, west of Pacific Avenue, and deliver the same to said owner;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: 'I~nat the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming to EXCELSIOR CREAMERY COMPANY LI~ITED L.T. vehicular access
rights to Standard Avenue, south of Pine Street, and deliver the
same to said owner.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of January, 1965.
