HomeMy WebLinkAbout65-011RESOLUTION 65-11 ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES (SECTION 2107) WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City and the State of California on March 17, 1961, for expenditure of funds allocated from the State Highway Fund to cities; and WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a supplemental Project Statement No. 2 showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1964-65 Fiscal Year; and WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said supplemental Project Statement and is familiar with the contents thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that said supplemental Project Statement be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, said supplemental Project Statement be and the same is hereby approved; and the Director of Public Works is directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, and said Project Statement to be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of January, 1965.
