HomeMy WebLinkAbout65-015RESOLUTION 65-15 MODIFYING CONDITION NO. 4 (a) IMPOSED BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR IN GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. 2062 FILED BY LAWRENCE L. AND LOUISE P. BARNETT WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning Adminis- trator granted a variance on Variance Application No. 2062, filed by LAWRENCE L. and LOUISE P. BARNETT, to allow the relocation of a one-story single family residence at 3713 and 3729 West Hazard AvenUe, Santa Ana, California, in a C-2 District, subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 152 was duly filed by the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha appealing Condition No. 4 (a) as imposed by the Zoning Administrator in his approval of Variance No. 2062; and WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the City Council has determined that Condition NO. 4 (a) should be modified to read as hereinbelow set out. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Findings made and the conditions imposed by the ZOning Administrator are approved, except that Condition No. 4 (a) of the Finding of Facts of the Zoning Administrator on said Variance is hereby modified to read as follows: 4. The following condition is to be complied with prior to issuance of utilities release by the Building Department: That the owner place curb, gutter and sidewalk and pave up to the edge of existing pavement on the easterly 50 feet of the Hazard Avenue frontage. In addition, the City of Santa Ana will provide the engineering data for the street improvement, otherwise improvement will not be required. The new curb and gutter to be placed 18 feet north of the center of Hazard Avenue. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of February, 1965.
