IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, FRED RUSSELL LEWIS has delivered to the City a deed
dated January 29, 1965, conveying an easement for water main purposes
on the north side of First Street, 488 feet west of Tustin Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, RICHARD E. BRAUER, BEVERLY C. BRAUER, and WILLIAM L.
MAINS have delivered to the City a deed dated December 8, 1964,
conveying easements for street purposes on the south side of Edinger
Avenue, west of Spruce Street; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD E. BRAUER, BEVERLY C. BRAUER, and WILLI~ L.
MAINS have delivered to the City a deed dated December 8, 1964,
conveying easements for street purposes for Stanford Street, west of
Spruce Street; and
WHEREAS, ST. ALBANS INVEST~ENT CO., a partnership, has
delivered to the City a deed dated February 3, 1965, conveying an
easement for street purposes at the southwest corner of Halesworth
Street and Broadway and an easement for alley purposes south from
Halesworth Street, west of Broadway; and
WHEREAS, JOHN A. PATTERSON and HELEN L. PATTERSON have
delivered to the City a deed dated February 2, 1965, conveying a
spandrel shaped parcel of land at the southwest corner of Ross and
Lime Streets; and
WHEREAS, UNITED STATES RUBBER COMPANY, a New Jersey corporation,
has delivered to the City a deed dated February 4, 1965, conveying
an easenient for street purposes on the north side of Dyer Road,
between Orange Avenue and Halladay Street; and
WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COi4PLEX, a California corporation,
has delivered to the City a Grant of Easement dated January 28, 1965,
granting a non-exclusive easement for the construction, operation,
and maintenance of a sewer and appurtenances on the west side of
Redhill Avenue, 1320 feet south of Warner Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the STATE OF CALIFORNIA has delivered to the City an
Agreement and Grant of Easement dated January 20, 1965, which said
Agreement has been entered into by the City, and the City now desires
to accept said Grant of Easement for street purposes on the south
side of First Street, west of McClay Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds and grants of easement are without
cash consideration being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and grants of easement, and Carl J. Thornton, the
City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of
Acceptance on said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of February, 1965.
