QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
at the southwest corner of Bristol Street and Warner Avenue dedicated
to the City vehicular access rights at said location and the present
owner has now requested access rights to Warner Avenue and Bristol
Street, which the City has determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, all vehicular
access rights to Warner Avenue over the westerly 40.00 feet of the
easterly 187.00 feet and the westerly 40.00 feet of the easterly
117.00 feet of the northeast quarter of Section 25, Township 5 south,
Range 10 west, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, AND all vehicular
access rights to Bristol Street over the southerly 40.00 feet of the
northerly 124.5 feet and the southerly 40.00 feet of the northerly
204.5 feet of said northeast quarter of Section 26, and deliver the
same to ~4r. D. MEYER, P.O. Box 4090, Anaheim, California, and to any
other person who may appear of record as having an interest therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of February, 1965.
