STREET ROADWAY BETWEEN THE WEST-BOUND RAMP
CONNECTIONS OF THE GARDEN GROVE FREEWAY AND THE
STRUCTURE OVER THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD AND
OF THE SHERWOOD LANE-FALLBROOK DRIVE CUL-DE-SAC
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana and the State of California
have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement dated July 6, 1959,
relating to that portion of the Garden Grove Freeway, State Highway
Road 07-ORA-22, (formerly VII-O~A-179), within theCity, between
the Santa Ana River and the Santa Ana Freeway; and
WHEREAS, Bristol Street and Sherwood Lane-Fallbrook Drive
cul-de-sac was reconstructed as a part of the Garden Grove Freeway
improvement, all as shown on the print labeled E~d%ibit "A" dated
February 2, 1965, a copy of which is attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha hereby concurs in and accepts the reconstruction
on Bristol Street and Sherwood Lane-Fallbrook Drive as set forth
hereinabove.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of March, 1965.
