IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD
T. SEGERSTROM, JR., HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM,
YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, ESTATE OF ANTON H.
SEGERSTROM, DECEASED, by HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, CO-EXECUTOR, and
NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, CO-EXECUTOR, have delivered to the City a
deed dated March 2, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the east side of Fairview Street, 258 feet south of Warner Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, a California corporation,
has delivered to the City a Grant of Easement dated February 26, 1965,
conveying an easement for water main, laterals and appurtenances
thereto along Pullman Avenue from Tract No. 5771 to Barranca Road;
and
WHEREAS, ARTHUR E. NEEB and MARY H. NEEB have delivered to
the City a deed dated February 24, 1965, conveying a parcel of land
at the northwest corner of Anahurst Place and Main Street; and
WHEREAS, NEVA M. HERBERT has delivered to the City a deed
dated February 24, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes
at the northwest corner of Eighth Street and Westwood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, W. E. WILLARDSON and VIOLET WILLARDSON have delivered
to the City a deed dated February 27, 1965, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the north side of Hazard Avenue, 430 feet
west of Harbor Boulevard; and ~
WHEREAS, LaVETA RUTH ADAMS, HAROLD JACKADAMS, WILLIAM M.
TOWNSEND and HELEN M. TOWNSEND have delivered to the City a deed
dated February 24, 1965, conveying access rights to Edinger Avenue
on the north side, 510 feet west of Sullivan Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of March, 1965.
