RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING
ASSESSMENT AS CORRECTED THIS DATE IN THE
MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN SEWER
LINES TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES A~D
APPURTF~NAiTT WORK IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.
218.
WHEREAS, tne assessment and diagram previously filed
with the City Clerk, confirmed by this Council Dy Resolution
No. 65-30 on February 1, 1965, and ordered to De corrected by
Resolution No. 65-63 this date, has been corrected as ordered
and the appropriate changes made thereon; and
WHEREAS, said City Council is satisfied as to the
corrections in the assessment and diagram.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That said assessment and diagram and all proceedings
leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of all
officers of the City of Santa Aha, California, are hereby
ratified and confirmed, and the assessment roll and diagram
as corrected is hereby ratified and confirmed.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Aha at a regular meeting thereof held this 195~ day
of April, 1965.
