AND GRACE NUFFER SHOEMAKER FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION
OF $50,600.00
WHEREAS, CLYDE C. SHOEMAKER and GRACE NUFFER SHOEMAKER,
husband and wife, have delivered to the City a deed dated April 14,
1965, conveying a parcel of real property west of Cambridge Street,
north of Fairhaven Avenue, in consideration of the payment of
$50,600.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
Number 872134-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of April, 1965.
