IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, FRANKLIN F. ROBEL and JANE ROBEL have delivered to
the City a deed dated April 14, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the south side of Hazard Avenue, 1056.63 feet
west of Harbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, DWIGHT CLARE SCHROEDER, IRIS SCHROEDER, LOWELL K.
SCHROEDER and BETTY GRAY SCHROEDER have delivered to the City a deed
dated April 15, 1965, conveying easements for street purposes at
the northeast corner of Glassell Street and Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, CAL ENTERPRISES, a partnership, has delivered to the
City a deed dated April 26, 1965, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the east side of Main Street approximately 424 feet south
of the center line of Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT has delivered to
the City two deeds dated April 14, 1965, conveying easements for
street purposes for Adams Street, east of Raitt Street, and for the
north side of Segerstrom Avenue and the east side of Raitt Street;
and
WHEREAS, CHARLES C. CAMARATA has delivered to the City a deed
dated April 5, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes on
Washington Place, east of Fuller Street; said easement is granted
subject to a lease originally made to James V. Scobie dated April 7,
1959, as amended February 3, 1964; and
WHEREAS, CHARLES C. CAMARATA has delivered to the City a deed
dated April 5, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes on
Washington Place, east of Fuller Street; and DAVID M. ELWELL and
VIRGINIA L. ELWELL have delivered to the City a quitclaim deed dated
May'3 , 1965, quitclaiming their interests to said property under
a lease dated December 29, 1961, as amended, and to an option therein
contained; and
WHEREAS, STANLEY H. DICKEN, ELLA FLORENCE DICKEN, CALWIN W.
CLARK and LAURETTA S. CLARK have delivered to the City a deed dated
March 18, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes on
Washington Place, east of Fuller Street; and
WHEREAS, LLOYD A. MANNES has delivered to the City a deed
dated April 14, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes on
Washington Place, east of Fuller Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1965.
