CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, B & K INVESTORS, a partnership, WILLIAM E. BILLER,
and WINIFRED P. BILLER have delivered to the City a deed dated
April 5, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes at the
northeast corner of Eighth and Bristol Streets in consideration of
the payment of $430.00. Said transaction is to be handled through
Escrow No. 53219-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Aha accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1965.
