HomeMy WebLinkAbout65-076RESOLUTION 65-76 ACCEPTING A CONDITIONAL OFFER OF DEDICATION FROM CHARLES E. M. AND MARGARET M. SCHNEIDER WHEREAS, CHARLES E. M. SCHNEIDER and MARGARET M. SCHNEIDER have presented to the City a deed dated April 21, 1965, offering dedication for street purposes for Stanford and Pomona Streets, 1155 feet west of Pacific Avenue; said Offer of Dedication is so conditioned that it shall expire on April 7, 1975, unless accepted by the City, and further conditioned so that the City may accept said Offer only if the parcel immediately adjacent on the east is dedicated for street purposes to the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said Offer of Dedication and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said instrument. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1965.
