AND RUSSELL ROHRS WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING A
CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, CALVIN ROHRS and RUSSELL ROHRS, as Co-Trustees under
that Declaration of Trust dated January 19, 1965, executed by Minnie
Meier, as Trustor, have delivered to the City a deed dated May 27,
1965, conveying a parcel of real property on the south side of Santa
Clara Avenue, east of Wright Street, in consideration of the sum of
$305,610.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
Number 872477-hrb with First american Title Insurance & Trust Company,
Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the city of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of June, 1965.
