Home My WebLink About65-116 RESOLUTION NO. 65-116 RESOLUTION DESCRIBING BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, ADOPTING ASSESSMENT MAP, AND ORDERING FILING THEREOF, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 229, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, California, in regular session assembled this 2nd day of August, 1965, that the proposed boundaries of the assessment district proposed to be assessed in this assessment proceeding to pay any part of the cost of the proposed improvement in this improvement district are as shown upon a map of the assessment district entitled "DIAGRAM OF ASSESS~NT DISTRICT NO. 229," and which map indicates by a boundary line the extent of the territory included in this improve- ment district. Said plat or map is hereby adopted as the plat or map describing the extent of the territory to be included in this proposed assessment district. The Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Aha is hereby ordered and directed to endorse upon the original and at least one copy of said map her certificate evidencing the date and adoption of this resolution. Thereafter said Clerk of the Council shall file the original of said map in said Clerk's office, and shall forthwith thereafter, and in no event later than August 23, 1965, file a copy of said map executed as hereinbefore directed, with the County Clerk of Orange County, California.
