PURPOSES AND A BILL OF SALE CONVEYING SEWER
AND APPURTENANCES TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
NO. 7
Whereas, the parties herein named entered into an agreement dated
June 21, 1965 wherein the City of Santa Aha agreed to convey rights of way
and a certain sewer and appurtenances in consideration of payment to grantor
of $84,954.00 by County Sanitation District No. 7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha, for the purpose of carrying said agreement into effect,
hereby authorizes and directs its Mayor Pro Tempore and the Clerk of the
Council to execute that certain deed granting to County Sanitation District
No. 7, easements for sanitary sewer purposes which constitute the rights of
way for Tustln Avenue Sewer Sections A, B, C and D, and to execute a bill of
sale to convey said sewer and appurtenances lying within said rights of way
to said County Sanitation District No. 7, and the Clerk of the Council is
hereby authorized to deliver said deed and said bill of sale to said County
Sanitation District No. 7 in exchange for the consideration of $84,954.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of September, 1965.
