CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, LYDIA OLMEDO FUENTES has delivered to the City a deed
dated September 1, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes
at the southwest corner of Clara Street and McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, GULF OIL CORPORATION OF CALIFORNIA has delivered to
the City a deed dated September 3, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes at the northeast corner of Eighth and Bristol Streets;
and
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of September, 1965.
