KATHLEEN STEVENS IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUN
OF $75.00
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of certain property located
on the northwest corner of Wisteria Place and Shannon Street in
the City of Santa Aha, and said property has been declared surplus
and of no value except to the adjacent property owners who have
agreed to purchase the same for a cash consideration of $75.00
through Escrow No. 872578-hrb with First American Title Insurance &
Trust Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorixed and directed to execute
a deed granting to ALMOND THOMAS STEVENS and PEARL KATHLEEN STEVENS
that real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
Lot A of Tract NO. 4548 as shown on a map recorded in Book 170,
Pages 45 and 46 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California,
and deliver the same into said Escrow No. 872578-hrb.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of September, 1965.
