Home My WebLink About65-149RESOLUTION 65-149 AMENDING SECTIONS 3 AND 3.1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Couucil passed and adopted Resolution No. 58-281 revising and establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for employees of the City of Santa Aha; and WHEREAS, it is now desired to assign new schedule numbers to the class titles and to add certain classes to the list of titles to Section 3 and to chauge some rates of Section 3.1 of said Resolution No. 58-281; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 3: Allocation of Classes of Employment to Salary and Wage Schedules. The extra compensation in each case shall be, in addition to the regular scheduled pay, the sum of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per month. · * Any person employed in the class of Plan Checking Engineer who is not registered in the State of California as a Civil Engineer shall be paid in Schedule 65. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Section 3.1 of Resolution No. 58-281 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3.1: Part-Time and ~ Rates.
