RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING
READVERTISE~NT
ASSESSPENT DISTRICT NO. 229, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED b.y the City Council of the City of Santa Aha,
California in regular session assembled this 20th day of September,
1965 that said City Council hereby rejects the only proposal and bid
received for tbm doing of the work in this improvement district, that
of FAMCO CONSTRUCTION CO.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council of
said City of Santa Ana shall readvertise for sealed proposals or bids
for the doing of the work and making the improvements described in
Resolution of Intention Number 65-119 adopted August 2, 1965, and that
the time hereby fixed for receiving said sealed proposals or bids is the
12th day of October, 1965 at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M. Said sealed
proposals or bids shall be delivered to and opeD~d, examined, and declared
by the Purchasing Agent of said City of Santa Ana, California, at a
public hearing calle9 by said Purchasing Agent in his office in the City
Hall, Santa Aha, California at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on Tuesday, the 12th
day of October, 1965. Said Purchasing Agent shall report the results of
said bidding to the City Council at its regular meeting of Monday,
October 18, 1965 at 2:00 o'clock P.M.
ADOPTED the 20th day of September, 1965.
