APPLICATION NO. 2165, FILED BY LAWRENCE G. KLINGBEIL
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of the
Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
hereby affirms the decision of the Zoning Administrator, and Appeal
No. 165 on Variance Application No. 2165, filed by LAWRENCE G.
KLINGBEIL, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of October, 1965.
