QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA WITH
NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of property on the east side
of Fairview Street, north of Edna Drive, dedicated to the City
vehicular access rights at said location and the present owners have
requested vehicular access rights to Fairview Street which the City
has determined should be granted; and
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of property at the northeast
corner of McFadden Avenue and Diamond Street dedicated to the City
vehicular access rights at said location and the present owner has
requested vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue which the City
has determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming to JOHN C. HURLEY and CHARLES B. HURLEY the real property
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
All vehicular access rights to Fairview Street over the Southerly
36.00 feet of the lands lying East of the East line of the following
described property:
The West 52.00 feet of the West 320.00 feet of the North 198.16
feet of the South 561.45 feet of the Northwest one-quarter of the
Southwest one-quarter of Section 2, Township 5 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
Page 12, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
and deliver the same to Mr. John C. Hurley, 1429 South Sycamore Street,
Santa Ana, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming to ALMA ELSA KELLER the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
All vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue from the Westerly
21.00 feet of the Easterly 26.00 feet of Lot 94 of Tract 3711, as
shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 132, pages 24 and 25,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
and deliver the same to Mrs. Alma Elsa Keller, 217 South State College
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805.
