APPLICATION NO. 2170 FILED BY DONALD AND KAREN

BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Finding of Facts of the
Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
hereby affirms the decision of the Planning Commission and Appeal
No. 166 on Variance Application No. 2170, filed by DONALD RICHARD
ROCHAMBEAU and KAREN ROCHAMBEAU, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of October, 1965.
