OF A 30-FOOT STRIP OF LAND ON THE WEST SIDE OF
TRACTS NO. 2207 AND NO. 2208 RESERVED FOR DRAINAGE
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana hereby accepts the offer of dedication of those certain areas
designated "Reserved for Drainage Purposes" and offered for dedication
by the recording of the map of Tract No. 2207 in Book 62 at Pages 23
and 24, Official Records of Orange County, California, and the
recording of the map of Tract No. 2208 in Book 64 at Pages 23 and 24,
Official Records of Orange County, California, as necessary for
drainage purposes north of Warner Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of October, 1965.
