BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION IN GRANTING A VARIANCE
ON APPLICATION NO. 2166, FILED BY ROBERT AND SIDNEY
LEVIN
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission granted a variance on Variance Application No. 2166,
filed by ROBERT and SIDNEY LEVIN, to permit parking and storage
of damaged vehicles and to waive side yard requirements on R-2
property at 3712 Hazard Avenue, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 168 was duly filed by
the applicants appealing conditions 6 and 7 imposed by the Planning
Commission in their approval of said Variance and presenting the
matter to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the City Council
has determined that Condition No. 7(b) should be modified to read
as hereinbelow set out.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the findings made
and the conditions imposed by the Planning Commission are approved
except that Condition No. 7(b) of the Finding of Facts on said
Variance shall read as follows:
7. (b)
That the owner place curb, gutter and sidewalk and
pave up to the existing pavement of Hazard Avenue;
the new curb and gutter to be placed 18 feet south
and west of the center line of Hazard Avenue.
PASSED AAVD ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the l~h day of October, 1965.
