CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS HOWARD A. BEAR and ELIZABETH C. BEAR have delivered
to the City a deed dated November 26, 1965, conveying an easement
for water line purposes on the east side of Bear Street, north of
Sunflower Avenue; and
WHEREAS JOHN H. LAWDER, PHYLLIS E. REID, P.W. EHRLER and
FLORENCE E. EHRLER have delivered to the City a deed dated November
1965, conveying easements for street purposes at the southeast
corner of Fourth Street and Grand Avenue; and

WHEREAS SYDNEY LEVIN, IRENE LEVIN, ROBERT LEVIN and GLORIA
LEVIN have delivered to the City a deed dated November 19, 1965,
conveying an easement for street purposes at the southeast corner
of Harbor Boulevard and Hazard Avenue; and
W!~EREAS KING MANOR and CONVALESCENT HOSPITAL, a California
corporation, has delivered to the City a deed dated November 10,
1965, conveying an easement for street purposes on the south side
of Warner Avenue, east of Bristol Street; and
WHEREAS CARL J. KLATT and LENA A. KLATT have delivered to
the City a deed dated November 17, 1965, conveying easements for
street purposes on the south side of Seventeenth Street, west of
Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS CHRYSLER MOTORS CORPORATION and BROOMELL CORPORATION
have delivered to the City a deed dated July 7, 1965, conveying real
property on the south side of First Street, east of the Santa Ana
Freeway; and
~HEREAS, SOMMERVILLE-CONZE~'WAN CO., a partnership, and ROLAND
J.JENSEN have delivered to the City a deed dated November 24, 1965,
conveying an easement for street purposes at the northeast corner of
Lyon and Fourth Streets; and
WHEREAS all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
