CITY OF SANTA ANADECLARING WITHDRAWAL OF
TERRITORY FROM THE TUSTIN LIGHTING DISTRICT
WHE/tF~S, heretofore the territory herein describedwas annexed
to the City of Santa Ana, California, by Resolution 65-105, w~ich was
adopted July 6, 1965, under the name of "FIRST AND TUSTIN WEST ANNEX
NUMBER TWO", and said property has been within the limits of the City
of Santa Aha for more than four months, still remains within the
Tustin Lighting District, is now subject to double taxation for the
purpose of receiving street lighting service, and should be withdrawn
from said Lighting District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RRSOLVED: That in accordance with
Government Code 919290 all of that certain territory of the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described in the
description attached hereto entitled "FIRST AND TUSTIN WEST ANNEX
NUMBER TWO" and by this reference made a part hereof, be and the same
is hereby withdrawn from the Tustin Lighting District and the City
Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares the withdrawal of
said territory from said District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of December, 1965.

at an angle point in the City Boundary of the City of Santa Ana as
annexed by ~he First and Tustin West Annex, NS 296, said angle point being the
Northeast corner of the North half of the West half of Lot E of the Stafford
and T~stin Tract, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 2, pages 618 and
619~ Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, thence South 619.00
feet, mo~ or less, along said City Boundary, said Boundary being the East line
of said North half of the West half of Lot E, to the Southeast corner of said
~orth half of the West half of Lot E; thence departing from said City Boundary
%~est 330.00 feet, more or less, along the South line of said North half of the
West half of Lot E, to'a point in the City Boundary of the City of Santa Aha, as
annexed by the East First Street Annex Number 4, Resolution 6~-7~, said point
being the Southwest corner of said North half of the West half of Lot E; thence
North 619.00 .feet, more or less, along said City Boundary, said Boundary being
the West line of said North half of the West half of .Lot E to the Northeast
corner of Lot D of said Stafford and T~stin Tract, said Northeast corner being
the Northeast corner in the City Boundary o~ the City of Santa Ana as annexed
by said East First Street Annex Number ~; thence East 330.00 feet, more or less,
along the City Boundary in the City of Santa Ana, as annexed bysaid NS 296,
said Boundary being the South line of First Street (66 feet wide), to the point
of beginning.
