CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY LAW BUILDING, a California Corporation,
has presented to the City a deed dated December 19, 1961, conveying
an easement for street purposes on the North side of Eighth Street,
West of Birch; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantor by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of January, 1962.
