QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City of Santa Ana
has determined that the Delhi Drainage District "West Ditch", which
lies between Sunflower Avenue and Talbert Avenue in the City of Santa
Ana, is no longer in use and is unnecessary for drainage purposes; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Santa Ana should
execute quitclaim deeds to the owners of property through which said
~West Ditch" passes, quitclaiming to said owners any right, title or
interest that the City may have in said "West Ditch".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming
to VIRGINIE CAT3.RNS, also known as VIRGINIA C~T.T.~NS, MARY GISLER and
WALTER GISLER any interest of the City in that portion of the "West
Ditch" which lies within the following described property:
The West half (½) of the West half (½) of the Northwest
quarter (~) of Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
and deliver the same to said owners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming
to ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM,
VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., JEANNETTE E.
SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, and ANN
SEGERSTROM any interest of the City in that portion of the "west Ditch"
which lies within the following described property:
Lot 4 of Tract No. 88, as per map thereof, recorded~in Book
10, Page 41, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
and deliver the same to said owners.
