ESTABLISH FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES ALONG
SEVENTEENTH STREET, SUGAR AVENUE, WARNER AVENUE,
SANTA CLARA AVENUE, MEMORY LANE, ED!NGER AVENUE
AND DYER ROAD-TALBERT AVENUE AND FIXING THE DATE
OF HEARING THEREON
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing, has
recommended Future Right of Way Lines as herein set out.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council declares
its intention to establish Future Right of Way Lines, as follows:
For Seventeenth Street:
1. Add Subsections 5, 6 and 7 to Subsection (a) of Section
9271 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code to read as follows:

On the North side, 52 feet from the survey center line,
between a point 508 feet East of the center line of
Wright Street and a point 2332.08 feet East of the
center line of Wright Street.
(6) On the North side, 52 feet from the survey center lane,
between Old Tustin Avenue and Tustin Avenue.
(7)
On the North side, 52 feet from the survey center line,
between Deodar Street and a point 208.71 feet West of
the center line of Deodar Street.
For Suqar Avenue:
2. Add Subsection 2 to Subsection (g)

On both sides, 42 feet from the survey center line,
between a point 1320.3 feet East of the center line of
Ward Street and a point 660 feet East of the center
line of Ward Street.
For Warner,venue:
3. Add Subsections 8 and 9 to Subsection (p) of Section 9271
of the Santa Aha Municipal Code to read as follows:

between Raitt Street and a point 171.64 feet West of
the center line of Rene Drive.

between a point 101.29 feet West of the center line of
Linda Way and the OrangeCounty Flood Control Channel

For Santa Clara Avenue:
4. Add Subsection 4 to Subsection (r)

between a point 587 feet East of the center line of
Bristol Street and the Santa Ana River.
For Bdinqer Avenue:
6. Add Subsection 10 to Subsection (bb) of Section 9271 of
the Santa Aha Municipal Code to read as follows:
(10) On the South side, 52 feet from the survey center line,
between Raitt Street and a point 1208 feet East of the
center line of Raitt Street.
For Dyer Road-Talbert Avenue:
7. Add Subsection 3 to Subsection (dd) of Section 9271 of
the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read as follows:
(3) On the North side, 52 feet from the survey center line,
between Harbor Boulevard and the Santa Aha River.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 5th day of
February, 1962, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and Main
Streets, Santa Aha, California, is hereby designated as the time and
place when all person objecting to the establishment of said lines
may appear and be heard.
The Clerk of the Council is directed to publish this Resolution
once in the Register, and the Director of Public Works is directed to
post copies of this Resolution along the Streets hereinafter listed,
in front of each block or part thereof where such lines are proposed
to be established. Portions of the following streets are to be posted
in accordance with the hereinabove designations:

1. Seventeenth Street
2. Sugar Avenue
3. Warner Avenue
4. Santa Clara Avenue
5. Memory Lane
6. Edinger Avenue
7. Dyer Road - Talbert Avenue
Both publication and posting shall be completed at least ten
before the time of hearing.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of January, 1962.
